Friday's Blog Post

What is something that you feel like you are good at?
I'd like to like that I am pretty good at my musical talents; for example I took choir my whole life, I play the guitar, I used to play hand bells with my church, and more.

Think of 3 ways you could improve the classes' skill or knowledge in this content area.
I could read and write music more often and practice/play more

What are the techniques or "must knows" to become better at doing that thing?
In order to be good at a musical talent or instrument, it is very useful to know how to read music notes. Now, technically you don't HAVE to be able to read music notes. For example, on the drum or on guitar you can read tabs. Tablature (or tabulature, or tab for short) is a form of musical notation indicating instrument fingering rather than musical pitches. Tablature is common for fretted stringed instruments such as the lute, vihuela, or guitar, as well as many free reed aerophones such as the harmonica.
